Requirement: Please include your Order ID, clear photos, and a short video of the issue. This allows our technicians to diagnose the problem quickly and provide the best solution.
2. Shipping & Service Fees
Within the 1-Year Warranty
If a defect occurs due to manufacturing or material issues within one year from the date of purchase, LOVON will cover the costs of repair and domestic return shipping.
Outside of Warranty or User-Caused Issues
For strollers outside the warranty period or damage caused by improper use:

Inspection: Our technicians will inspect the product and provide a repair quote (parts + labor).

Shipping & Handling: You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Evaluation Fee: If you choose not to proceed with the repair after our inspection, a flat Handling & Evaluation Fee of $[] will apply before the item is returned.
3. Sending Your Stroller In

Packaging: When sending a stroller for repair, please use the original box or a sturdy equivalent. LOVON is not responsible for damage occurring during transit due to inadequate packaging.

Condition: Please ensure the stroller is clean and free of personal items. For safety and hygiene, we reserve the right to refuse service on heavily soiled items.
4. What Is Not Covered
To maintain the safety and integrity of our products, the following are not covered under warranty and may incur service charges:

Normal Wear & Tear: Fading of fabrics/coatings, worn-down wheels/tires, scratches on the frame, or natural aging of materials through daily use.

Misuse or Accidents: Damage caused by overloading, improper folding, storage in damp/extreme conditions, or failure to follow the user manual.

Environmental Damage: Corrosion, rust, or mold caused by exposure to salt, high humidity, snow, or prolonged direct sunlight.

Consumables & Accessories: Lost detachable items (e.g., cup holders, bumper bars, storage baskets) or surface finishes (paint/plating).

Unauthorized Modification: Damage resulting from repairs or alterations made by anyone other than an authorized LOVON technician.

Third-Party Transport: Damage occurring during airline travel or other freight handling. (In such cases, please file a claim directly with the carrier).
5. Important Terms

Original Purchaser: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized LOVON retailer.

Evaluation: LOVON reserves the right to determine whether an issue is a manufacturing defect or the result of normal wear and tear.
