4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
At LOVON US, we want you and your baby to love our products. Our policy is designed to balance your shopping experience with the strict safety standards required for infant gear.

30-Day Reflection Period: We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day after delivery. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in "Brand New & Resellable Condition." This means:

Unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

All tags, accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts must be included.

Strollers/Car Seats: For safety reasons, if the wheels have touched the ground (showing dirt or scuff marks) or if the seat shows any signs of use, the item is no longer eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Baby hygiene products (e.g., pacifiers, teethers).

Restocking & Shipping Fees: If a return is requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect (e.g., "change of mind"), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

LOVON US is dedicated to providing high-quality, safe baby gear. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the specific product in dispute. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and all transactions conducted through the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our Customer Care team first for a friendly resolution. If a legal settlement is required, both parties agree that the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
