We want to get your baby essentials to you as safely and quickly as possible. Currently, we provide shipping services to residential street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore territories) via FedEx Home Delivery.

Please Note: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.


1. When will my order arrive?

  • Processing Time: Once your payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Transit Time: While we work hard to get your order out the door, delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by FedEx and are not guaranteed.

  • 🚨 Holiday & Peak Season Notice: During high-volume seasons—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or Mother’s Day—please allow an additional 2–3 business days for our warehouse to prepare your order. We highly recommend ordering early to ensure your baby gear arrives in time for the celebrations!

2. What delivery methods do you offer?

To ensure the safety of your items, we exclusively use FedEx Standard Home Delivery for all orders.

  • We do not currently offer in-store pickup or third-party collection points.

  • Shipments are limited to valid residential street addresses to ensure successful delivery of larger items like strollers.

3. How can I track my shipment?

Stay updated every step of the way! Once your order is scanned by FedEx, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the FedEx website to monitor your package's progress.

4. Can I request a specific delivery date or weekend delivery?

You may leave a note in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout if you prefer a specific delivery window.

  • Important: While we pass these notes along to FedEx, we cannot guarantee that they will be honored. Actual delivery is subject to FedEx routing schedules and local service availability in your area.

5. Missing or Damaged Packages

Because we ship high-value baby gear, we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours so we can assist you in opening a claim with FedEx.
