  • Shipping Costs: LOVON US will cover all return and replacement shipping costs for verified defects or shipping errors within this period.

2. Returns: For Personal Reasons (Change of Mind)

We accept returns for non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • Opened Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, once an item is opened, it is ineligible for a refund and may only be eligible for an exchange if a defect is found.
